Our Story

Imara Flo was born from a simple but uncomfortable truth: women still don’t fully trust the products they use every month.

After years of seeing conversations around harmful chemicals, unclear ingredients, and inconsistent quality in menstrual care, we realised something was missing transparency. Not marketing claims. Not half answers. Real clarity.

We created Imara Flo to change that.

Our journey started with a question: Why should women have to choose between safety, performance, and sustainability? The industry had normalised compromise, products that worked but lacked transparency, or “eco” options that didn’t perform. We knew there had to be a better way.

So we set out to build it.

Imara Flo is grounded in three principles: clean materials, honest communication, and intentional design. Every product is carefully considered, from what goes into it, to how it’s made, to how it supports your body. No unnecessary additives. No vague language. Just products designed to work with you, not against you.

But this is bigger than products.

We’re here to shift the narrative around menstrual health, away from silence and uncertainty, toward confidence and control. We believe women deserve to understand what they’re using, feel good about their choices, and never second-guess something so personal.
